fort-collins-work-out1Peak Performance programs are specially designed to improve an athlete’s performance as well as reduce the risk of injury while playing sports. Each program utilizes up-to-date scientific research and cutting edge athletic enhancement technology. The programs integrate a comprehensive individual training program specially tailored to meet the specific needs of each athlete, sport, and position.

The goal of our program is to maximize individual performance while mentally preparing athletes for competition. We emphasize education, teaching athletes about nutrition, strength and conditioning, as well as basic anatomy and physiology. It is our goal to help athlete’s better understand their individual body make-up, so they may use this knowledge to make the most of their training experience, all while enhancing the natural gifts they possess to reach their peak potential.

Confidence enables athletes to exude the poise that will help them perform at their best. Sports can constantly assault an athlete’s confidence. Self assurance lies at the heart of a successful performance. It’s all about ATTITUDE!

Small Group Training:

  • Train with teammates, friends, or a mix of like ability athletes with similar goals. Small groups allow a competitive training environment while still promising individual attention and training specificity.

Team Training:

  • Peak Performance can work with your entire team. Keep the continuity and progress with your strength and conditioning as a unit. A program can be designed to integrate into a practice, or be utilized on its own. We can travel to you.
